Roadkill

Found this beauty while taking a rest during the 2008 edition of the Guitar Ted Death Ride Invitational. We stopped at the end of a particularly muddy B road and regrouped. We were only about 25 miles in and I was wondering if this was a representation of what was going to happen to my legs by the end of the day?

Big Country

Today is dedicated to big country and riding our bikes. Is there a better way to experience this big country. Matt B sent this in from the great state of Nebraska. According to Matt, this area is called the Nebraska Sandhills and is one the most beautiful landscapes on this great planet earth.

To check out more about the happenings of Matt and riding in western Nebraska, check out Matt's blog: www.paxtonpeleton.blogspot.com. Thanks Matt for the inspiration to go big and ride your bike.

Bikes, bikes everywhere

Imagine an environment that had bikes everywhere. Whenever I think of bikes everywhere, I think of Amsterdam. I doubt anyone would have imagined this.

This photo was sent by Mark Scotch. This photo was taken between Dorchester and Medford, Wisconsin. To read more about Mark's adventures, check out his blog here: MotoScotch

Green

I've waited 6 months to ride these trails. This pine stand is my favorite section of trail. I love the light and the colors. Today, I saw green.
